LNZRT is a London based agency working across music venue and festival programming, marketing, production, interiors and video. Current clients include Wide Awake, MOTH Club, Someday, The Shacklewell Arms and The Adam & Eve.

Recently we have worked on projects with The Face, Worldwide FM, ACE Pizza, Mundial, Indivisa, eBay, Rough Trade, Earth Percent, Brixton Brewery, hate zine, Keychange, So Young Magazine, The Five Points Brewery and more.

Our partners include Bad Vibrations, DICE, Brockwell Live, Route, YES, Belgrave Music Hall and Headrow House.

The Role

We are looking for someone to join the team to work with the Head of Venue Programming and Head Of Production running the LNZRT music venues including MOTH Club, The Shacklewell Arms and new projects.

The ideal candidate would have 2-3 years experience working in the live music sector at either a venue or promotions company. You would be required to have some technical understanding of music equipment and enjoy attending live events. You should be comfortable with some late nights and weekend work and have a strong knowledge of music genres and nightlife scenes.

The position is a mid level role with room to grow as the company evolves. 

Job Description

> Supporting the Head Of Venue Programming with running the venue diary
> Managing calendar systems
> Liaising with promoters, agents and artist managers to book events at our venues
> Liaising with ticketing platforms to assist with the announcement and on-sale of events
> Ensuring venue websites and ticketing platforms are up-to-date
> Coming up with new event and club night ideas
> Supporting the Head Of Production in advancing events
> Maintain strong communication between promoters, the venue team and sound engineers to ensure a smooth running of events
> Liaise with Marketing team to ensure thorough promotion of all events.
> Other ad hoc tasks relating to venue programming or production as and when required

Requirements / Experience

> 2-3 years experience in a similar programming, promoting or production role
> Knowledge and interest in London’s live music and club scene.
> Working knowledge of Google Suite applications including : Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets
> Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
